With a solid background in social, observational, travel and adventure documentaries, Swift Films has a wide range of interests in factual programming. We specialise in making highly visual, unique, personal and entertaining films with strong, driving narratives for major UK and international broadcasters.
We are passionate about individuals and organisations with unique perspectives on life. We seek to bring new voices, inspiring ideas and original stories to the fore within our films. As such, we are always on the lookout for quirky, unusual and distinctive characters with strong, relevant stories to tell.
Over the last few years, Swift films has produced hours of award-winning programming and has developed a particular skill in producing high definition observational documentaries on a budget.
Swift Films has twice been mentioned in the Top 100 creative companies in the south west – as one of only a handful specialising in television production.
Our programmes have won two Royal Television Society awards, two Los Angeles movie awards, the award for ‘Best achievement by an upcoming filmmaker’ at the Newport International Film Festival, two awards from film festivals in Russia and Serbia and we’ve been nominated for ‘Best Television Production’ at the Media Innovation awards and for ‘Television programme of the year’ at the South west media awards.
