How to fix your awful attention span

How to fix your awful attention span.

This video describes 35 things that I have implemented into my life to help fix my wavering focus and compromised attention span.

My attention span is something that I have always struggled with. Through a combination of experiments, research and trial and error, I have compiled together this list of things that helps me maintain focus.

Don’t expect your broken attention span to be fixed as a consequence of watching one short video. Your focus and attention span needs to be developed like a muscle. It needs to be trained consistently, but it also needs rest.

Perhaps the single most important thing that I did in order to fix my awful attention span was to stop so much consumption. I was guilty of always reading, watching or listening to something – filling every minute with constant stimulation. Whilst this made me feel like I was constantly learning and staying up to date with current affairs, the truth is I was over-stimulating my brain. This made it impossible for me to maintain focus. My attention span was broken.
