This is a simple journaling exercise that I do every day, without fail. It takes me two minutes and I think it’s the most underrated journaling exercise of all time.

I went from pessimistic, unhealthy, borderline depressed to being eternally optimistic and consistent with this journaling exercise. I credit it with making me significantly happier. A bold claim.
