Make procrastination your superpower (notebook method)

By - Richard - 28th February 2026

Procrastination is not a moral failing. Despite what you tell yourself, you are not to blame.

In this video I will show you how to weaponise procrastination, to work with your brain and not fight it and also show you how to actually make procrastination your super power.

If you are like me then you probably care deeply, but struggle to manage the difficult emotions that arise when facing tasks. This makes procrastination a psychological hurdle not a moral failing.

This video outlines how I personally overcome this psychological hurdle. Whenever I now want to avoid doing something, I absolutely give myself permission to do so, but the only thing I allow myself to do instead, is pick up a pen. From there, I go wherever my mind wants to take me.

The way in which you can make procrastination a superpower is to also start by using a pen.
