5 tips to document your life in a meaningful way

You have everything you need to document your life, but these five tips will make a really profound difference. Not only to your own life, but those closest to you as well.

There are a handful of simple things that I do to document my life as well as the lives of those closest to me. It is one of the most valuable things that I have ever done.

Documenting the mundane things I do from day to day can seem dull, but this becomes more valuable with the passing of time. This video shares a handful of simple ideas to document your own life, from the power of writing a few sentences, to taking photographs and shooting one second of video each day.

As with any new habit, this requires patience and consistency. But persevere with it and it is hugely rewarding.
