New year new fitness goals

In this video, I offer five ways to set and achieve fitness goals based on my own experiences.

The start of a new year is often the time we set ourselves new goals. In a recent study from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, it has been revealed that 92% of people fail to keep New Year’s resolutions. This video will show you how to set and achieve your goal (fitness or otherwise) and be part of the 8% who succeed.

I also reveal my own personal fitness goal for the year having been sidelined with the worst injury I have ever had for the last 10 months. The New Year brings renewed hope and a fresh start for my own fitness goals and I’m hopeful of getting back to a decent level of running once again.
