How to start journaling and why you should

By - Richard - 30th July 2023

For many years I have dabbled with journaling. The benefits of doing it regularly sound impressive – reduced stress, improved mental well being and the ability to better process emotions. But for whatever reason I have never been able to tap into the myriad of benefits that journaling can offer.

I have always just felt a bit weird sitting down and spilling out my personal thoughts onto a page. The times that I have done this, the habit has never stuck. Until now.

In this video, I reveal the simple journaling technique I learnt this year that has allowed me to journal daily and receive the all of the positive benefits that had been so tantalisingly on offer.

Using a simple technique I discovered from B.J Fogg’s ‘Tiny Habits’ this has now become a daily habit that has not only stuck, but become a part of the day that I look forward to.

I learnt this journaling habit from a mindset coaching course that I undertook from The Natural Edge: https://thenaturaledge.com
