20 life-changing tiny habits that only take a few minutes

By - Richard - 29th December 2023

Rich’s latest YouTube video is all about the tiny, every day habits that build big results.

This video outlines 20 tiny habits that I do every single day that only require a few minutes. And when I say tiny, some of them take literally only a few seconds. I credit these tiny habits with making me fitter, happier, healthier, more disciplined, less tired and they have improved my concentration, friendships and relationships.

In the past, whenever I have wanted to make a change to my life, I have always shot way too high. Whilst my aspiration was good, my goals were always too lofty or vague. They were always things like, ‘be more mindful’, ‘eat more healthily’, or ‘run a marathon’. I always started with the end goal in mind which is totally the wrong approach.

I understand now that the best way is to start really small with a tiny habit. These tiny habits that I now do every day are super easy to implement into my routine because they take so little time. But when done consistently they create a snowball effect and can lead to lasting change. I know this because it has happened to me.

In this video, I talk about these 20 life-changing tiny habits that only take a few minutes and I talk about the order in which I do them every day. Some tiny habits specifically need to be done in the morning and some in the evening. With the others it doesn’t really matter when you do them, but I tend to do them at lunchtime or in the afternoon.
