ITV News commissioned us to create a series of 10 minute films aimed at encouraging young applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Working with ITV weather presenter Alex Beresford, we created nine individual films – one for each of the ITV regions around the UK – which would be showcased on the ITV news website and presented on DVD for talks in schools.

Results

On the back of the films, ITV weather presenter Alex Beresford (the first black person to ever present the ITV national weather) set up a‘Diversity School Tour Project’ and visited inner city schools around the country. The impact for ITV was significant – applications from diverse backgrounds increased.
